Cole Palmer has been named the Premier League's Player of the Month for September.

The English midfielder scooped the prize after enjoying a stellar month for Chelsea which saw him score five goals – four of which came in one game against Brighton – and register one assist.

Palmer winning the prize means he also has a new card for players of EAFC 25's Ultimate Team to use in-game.

Released on Thursday, the card is rated 87 overall – two points higher than his base gold card – and has been given minor boosts across the board, including in pace, shooting, and passing.

To get their hands on Palmer's new card, players will have to complete a Squad Building Challenge (SBC) consisting of three challenges, which Everything Chelsea have outlined below.

Challenge 1: Non-rare

To complete this challenge, players must submit just one common player, whether bronze, silver, or gold.

Player quality: Minimum bronze.

Common players: Minimum one in your starting eleven.

Reward: Marc Cucurella.

Challenge 2: Chelsea

To complete this challenge, players must submit a squad including at least one player from Chelsea, as well as a Team of the Week player.

Chelsea player: Minimum one in your starting eleven.

Team of the Week player: Minimum one in your starting eleven.

Team overall rating: Minimum 84.

Reward: 1x Small Electrum Players Pack.

Challenge 3: England

To complete the third and final challenge, players must submit a team containing at least one player from England.

England players: Minimum one in your starting eleven.

Team overall rating: Minimum 85.

Reward: 1x Small Electrum Players Pack.

Complete all three of the above challenges, and players will be rewarded with Palmer's new Player of the Month card.

How much does it cost?

According to FUT.GG, the total cost of completing all three challenges comes in at around 70,000 coins.

Is it worth it?

Palmer's base card is already a beast in the game and his latest card will only be better. Given its relatively low price, completing this SBC is a no-brainer – especially if you're a Chelsea fan.
