Jadon Sancho is now in a much better place than he was while playing for Manchester United.
The English winger endured a difficult spell at Old Trafford following a £73 million move from Borussia Dortmund in 2021.
Two years into his United career, Sancho was exiled by manager Erik ten Hag, who publicly criticised his performances in training.
The Dutch coach also, without permission, went public with Sancho's mental health struggles after forcing him to train away from the United's first-team in the Netherlands.

After spending the second-half of last season back on-loan with Dortmund, Sancho then joined Chelsea on-loan in the summer, and has since thrived at Stamford Bridge.
In 15 appearances for Enzo Maresca's Blues, the 24-year-old, who will move to West London permanently at the end of the campaign, has registered six assists and scored two goals, establishing himself as one of the club's key players.
Speaking with Chelsea's official website on Sunday, Sancho explained why he finally feels at home at the Bridge after what has been a tough few years.
"I’ve felt really good since day one, the coach and the players have welcomed me and that’s all I can ask for," Sancho said.
"I’m taking it day by day and game by game," he added. "I’m very happy with my football. I just have to keep showing 100 per cent on the pitch."
Jadon Sancho on Fulham draw: "We have to be more clinical"
One of Sancho's six Chelsea assists came on Saturday as the Blues were held to a 1-1 draw with Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park.
In just the 14th minute of the game, Sancho produced a sublime piece of skill to turn past Palace defender Chris Richards, before driving into the box and teeing up Cole Palmer for the opening goal.
Maresca's side proceeded to dominate thereafter, but spurned a number a good chances, with Nicolas Jackson, Moises Caicedo, Pedro Neto, and Sancho himself all sending efforts wide.
They were then made to rue those mistakes in the 82nd minute when Jean-Philippe Mateta tapped in Eberechi Eze's squared ball to level and rescue a point for the home side.

Speaking after the game, Maresca expressed his frustration at his side not converting their chances.
Sancho has now echoed that sentiment.
"We have to be more clinical in front of goal. We created so many chances and it’s frustrating not to get another goal to kill the game," assessed the winger afterwards.
‘"We work on the training ground to give Nico [Jackson], Cole, Pedro [Neto] and me the opportunities to get shots on goal," he explained. "We created good chances, we just have to be more clinical. If you don’t take your chances in the Premier League, it’s never over until the last minute."
